“Sunday Dinner”

Very excited about phi first pop up with bums on seat. It will take place on Sunday the 21st of May. This is collaboration between Claudio Schiano di Cola and myself.

Claudio has worked in some of top restaurants in Austriala notably 2 star, Vue de Monde and Attica in Melbourne and here in Ireland Lady Helen and presently Aniar.

We will draw on our experience to create a memorable evening with a bit of fun. Theme for the evening will be “Sunday dinner” as it is Sunday! We also will be focusing on food waste and ethical use of proteins.

There will be two sittings one at 4pm and another at 7pm with two tables of 8 for each sitting. I actually cant wait should be a really good evening.
