Phi is a restaurant providing ready to heat menus at home. Tasty, modern and healthy with a strong focus on plant-based ingredients. All meat and animal products ethically sourced. We also have a vegan option. Dishes 90% finished, and you heat at home.
Eating Green
The environment is very important to us too. We considered all aspects of phi’s carbon footprint and always striving to improve on this. We use no single use plastic in the kitchen. All boxes and packaging are either compostable, biodegradable or recyclable.

Chef
Phi’s kitchen is led by head chef Damien Martin. Working as a professional chef for over 18 years he has passed through some of the top restaurants in the world. Up until recently Damien was sous chef in the one Michelin stared restaurant Loam here in Galway, which recently was awarded Ireland and UK sustainability award. He has also worked abroad notably David Thompsons one Michelin stared restaurant Nahm in Bangkok which climbed to 26th on st Pellegrino’s top 50 restaurants in the world. While in Australia for 3 years, he worked in Perth’s 3 hatted restaurant Staranis .
